I am a renowned retail and (loyalty) marketing professional and a passionate speaker. With over 30 years of experience in international (food) retail and (loyalty) marketing, I have witnessed several key changes in the industry. 

I would describe myself as an entrepreneurial, energetic, and all-round person. I am passionate about what I do, trustworthy and I lead by example. Through my ability to speak various languages and my open personality, I easily connect with people. I often use the word ‘glocal’: think global but act local. 

I have designed and implemented short-term loyalty concepts globally for food retail organizations. Moreover, I have spoken at many events and hosted and/or developed multiple trainings, keynotes, master classes, and even a business simulation. I have been responsible for developing, designing, and organizing international events creating unique experiences for clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
